        Brainspotting

        HARNESS THE NATURAL FLOW OF THE BODY FELT SENSE….

        Brainspotting works towards the body’s innate ability to heal itself through the deep brain and central nervous system by self-scanning the body and activating a “Brainspot”, the eye position which is related to the emotional activation of an emotionally charged issue within the brain.  We use BioLateral Sound which is specifically formatted to move from the right hemisphere of the brain to the left creating a bilateral stimulation which activates the orienting reflex.
